Chef Adam is excited to bring all of his experience and passion to your event, crafting thoughtful, flavorful menus designed to delight you and your guests.

Chef Adam brings 22 years of culinary leadership to your table. He spent 16 years in the Bay Area/San Francisco where he honed his craft across a wide range of kitchens — French American, gastropub, Asian fusion, American French, and classic American — building a deep and versatile repertoire. After relocating to the Sacramento area, he opened a restaurant with a focus on elevated modern Mexican cuisine, blending traditional flavors with refined technique.

For the past five years, following the pandemic, Chef Adam has served as executive chef at a well-regarded American restaurant, overseeing menu development, kitchen operations, and guest-focused dining experiences. His career reflects both technical skill and an ability to adapt across styles and service formats.

What People Are Saying

“I hosted a 40th birthday party for a friend and Chef Adam came to my house to private chef for the event. I cannot say enough great things! He was professional, down to earth and his food was refined, approachable and creative. My husband still talks about the duck prosciutto he made! Highly recommend his services!”

“It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.”
